- 10 – 10:30 – introductions
- 10:30 – 11 – guidance of what the 5 minutes should include
- 11 – 12:30 – work in teams to prepare your presentation
- 12:30 – 1:30 – working lunch to practice your piece
- 2 – 3:30 pm – videos recorded
- 3:30 – 4 pm – tips on how to market / best maximize your video
